Can I choose specific items of clothing & accessories?
Yes and no - Part of my work relies on the outcome of AI art. Which is a dice roll in itself at times. I can often get characters and features on the money, but accessories and clothing is a little less certain. This won't stop me trying my best though, sometimes I'll turn to my trusty photoshop.
