Basic: You provide video file+transcript. I create timed subtitles. No translation.
Standard (Choose one option):
A. You provide file+transcript. I translate it and add subtitles in one language, RUS or ENG.
B. You provide file only. I transcribe it and add subtitles in the same language.
Premium: You provide file only. I transcribe, translate, and add subtitles in one language, RUS or ENG. No transcript needed - I create it.

Which package should I choose if I don't have a transcript?
If you need subtitles only (captions), choose Standard (option B). If you need translated subtitles, choose Premium.
Which package suits me if I already have a transcript?
If you need subtitles only (captions), choose Basic. If you need translated subtitles, choose Standard (Option A).
Do you translate subtitles manually?
Yes, I translate all subtitles manually to keep them natural, in sync with the video, and adapted culturally and emotionally. This approach allows to preserve clarity and keep the message clear. I also proofread them for quality.
Can I choose subtitle style?
Yes! Select Subtitle Styling Extra to choose font, size, colour, background, position, and even add karaoke effect for subtitles. If not selected, all packages use a basic style: white Arial at the bottom. (YouTube doesn't support styles; for YouTube, request .srt or burned-in subtitles)
Can you work on videos longer than your packages cover?
Yes. Please add extra minutes for videos up to 15 minutes. For longer videos, please message me for a custom offer so the delivery time fits your project.
What if the sound in the video is hard to hear?
If the video needs transcription and the sound is unclear, it may take longer to transcribe, and the price could be slightly higher. Please contact me first, I'll review it and create a custom offer to adjust time and price.
Can I get subtitles in both Russian and English?
Yes! Please message me, and I can create a custom offer for subtitles in both languages.
What content don't you work with?
I don't work with specialized technical, legal, political, economic content.
