Isn't onboarding just an HR checklist we can copy online?
A checklist gets the laptop ready. It doesn't make someone feel competent, connected, and clear on their role, which is what actually determines whether they stay. I design the experience behind the checklist, grounded in how people psychologically integrate into a new team.
We onboard different roles very differently. Can this handle that?
Yes. The Basic tier covers one role family; Standard and Premium build a company-wide framework with role-specific tracks, so a developer and a sales hire each get a fitting experience without you rebuilding it each time.
Who runs the onboarding once it's designed?
Your managers with the toolkit I provide. The design makes it easy for them to deliver well without becoming HR experts, because most onboarding fails at the manager level, not the HR level.
