Hi! I'm a Hong Kong based graphic designer (UTC+8) who makes clean, friendly social media graphics for small businesses, especially pet businesses like groomers, pet shops and sitters. Is this a recurring subscription on Fiverr?
Fiverr orders are per package. For an ongoing retainer, reorder each month (or message me for a custom monthly offer). Each order delivers one fresh month of content.
Do I need Canva Pro?
Free Canva works for most edits. Some premium elements may need Canva Pro. I'll stick to free-friendly assets where possible and note if Pro is required.
Can you post to Instagram for me?
No. This gig is design plus captions plus Canva files. You (or your VA) schedule and publish. Happy to format for easy scheduling.
What if I only need a few posts, not a full month?
Use my separate gig for one-off Instagram posts and Canva templates for pet businesses. This listing is for monthly packs.
What photos should I send?
Your logo, product shots, store or grooming space, and real pet photos (with permission). Avoid random unrelated stock if you want an authentic pet-brand look.
How fast is delivery?
Basic 5 days, Standard 7 days, Premium 10 days (as listed on the package). Rush add-on available when offered.
Can you match my existing brand kit?
Yes. Send hex colors, fonts (or a Canva brand kit link), and 2-3 example posts you like. I'll align the month's pack to that vibe.
