I will test your website and report reproducible usability issues

Get a clear report of observed website problems and practical next steps.

I will review up to five public pages and one agreed visitor journey, checking navigation, links, layout and relevant form behaviour. Your report includes annotated screenshots, reproduction steps, expected versus observed behaviour, suggested priorities and fixes. Improvements are labelled separately from confirmed bugs.

Testing uses a desktop browser on Mac and a narrow mobile-sized viewport, not physical phones. No code fixes, security or load testing, accessibility certification, cross-browser guarantee or promise to find every defect. No minimum bug count is promised.

Forms are submitted only in an authorised test environment. Send your URLs, the journey, expected behaviour and restrictions. Do not send passwords or customer data. Contact me first for private sites or specialist setup.

Delivery: two days. One clarification revision is included. New pages, journeys and implementation require a separate scope.
