What file formats do you work with?
I work with Word (.docx) and PDF files. If you have content in another format (Google Docs, plain text, etc.), just send it over and I'll let you know the best way to proceed.
Do I need to provide the content or do you write it too?
My formatting and design service works with content you already have. I organize, structure, and design it into a professional document. If you need content writing as well, message me before placing an order so we can discuss your specific needs.
Can you match my existing brand colors and fonts?
Yes. Just share your brand guidelines, color codes, or any reference materials and I'll make sure the document stays consistent with your brand identity.
What if my document has more pages than the package allows?
No problem — I offer additional pages as a gig extra. Message me with your page count before ordering and I'll put together the right package for you.
How do you handle revisions?
Each package includes a set number of revisions (1 for Basic, 2 for Standard, 3 for Premium). Revisions cover adjustments to the existing design — not new content or a complete redesign. Additional revisions beyond the package limit can be arranged for a small fee.
Have you worked on projects similar to mine?
