Do you help with cold email deliverability?
Yes. Cold email has its own set of challenges — warm-up, sending limits, domain rotation, and reputation management. I've helped dozens of clients fix their cold email setup and stay out of spam.
I don't know what SPF, DKIM, or DMARC means. Can you still help me?
Absolutely. You don't need to understand the technical side — that's my job. Just give me the access I need and I'll take care of everything. I'll also explain what I did in simple terms so you're not left in the dark.
Will my emails definitely land in the inbox after your fix?
I can't promise 100% inbox placement — nobody honestly can. But I can tell you that every client I've worked with has seen a significant improvement. I fix the root causes, not just the symptoms.
Do you work with all email providers?
Yes. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, custom SMTP servers, transactional email services — I've worked with them all. Just let me know what you're using, and I'll handle the rest.
What if I'm on a blacklist?
That's covered in the Standard and Premium packages. I'll identify which blacklists you're on, submit removal requests, and help you fix whatever caused the listing in the first place so it doesn't happen again.
Can you review my email content for spam triggers?
Yes — that's included in the Standard and Premium packages. I'll go through your templates and sequences, flag anything that's hurting your deliverability, and in the Premium package, I'll rewrite them for you.
How fast can you fix my email deliverability issues?
Most issues are resolved within 24 hours for the Basic package. Standard takes up to 3 days and Premium up to 5 days — depending on how deep the problems go. That said, I often finish ahead of schedule.
What if I need ongoing support after the gig is done?
Message me and we can work something out. I'm happy to do follow-up audits or ongoing monitoring depending on your needs.
