Which package should I choose, and can I message before ordering?
Absolutely—message me with your idea, sample documents and the tools you use. I’ll recommend the right package. Basic lets you test document Q&A, Standard adds a business-tool action, and Premium connects a larger workflow.
How can an AI agent or RAG chatbot help my business?
A RAG chatbot helps customers or staff find answers in your approved documents, with source citations. An AI agent can also perform tasks such as looking up records, capturing leads or creating support tickets—helping reduce repetitive work.
Which AI models and tools do you use?
I use OpenAI models with LangChain , Claude , Gemini , custom Python or n8n, depending on your project. After reviewing your requirements, I recommend an approach that balances answer quality, integration needs and running costs.
What documents can my chatbot use?
Your assistant can answer from readable English PDFs, DOCX/TXT files or approved public web pages. Basic covers 3 items and 50 document pages, Standard 10 items and 200 pages, and Premium 20 items and 500 pages. Both limits apply. OCR and automatic updates are available as add-ons.
Can you build a WhatsApp chatbot?
Yes! WhatsApp chatbot integration is available as an add-on—see Gig Extras. It can answer questions from your documents and support agreed lead-capture or customer-service workflows. You’ll need a ready WhatsApp Business API/provider account; messaging and provider fees are paid separately.
Can you connect my CRM, Google Sheets or other tools?
Yes. Standard adds 1 external tool and 1 business action; Premium adds 2 tools and 3 actions. Table counts also include the model API, document Q&A action and chat interface. Automatic data syncing is scoped and priced separately. Message me your tools and tasks before ordering.
How long will delivery take?
Basic takes 5 days, Standard 10 days, and Premium 14 days after the required information is submitted. Extra-fast delivery is available for suitable projects. Message me with your deadline so I can confirm availability and any external setup needed.
Will I receive the source files and a working setup?
Yes. You receive Python source code or exported n8n workflows, setup instructions and agreed test results. Standard and Premium also include deployment to one agreed environment. You pay ongoing model usage, hosting and platform fees in your own accounts.
How do you improve answer quality and handle private data?
I test representative questions, add source citations and configure a fallback when the documents don’t support an answer. We agree on data access, model-provider handling and retention before development. You can start with redacted samples, and an NDA can be arranged.
Can you help me after delivery?
Yes. Each package includes revisions within the agreed scope and post-delivery bug-fix support: 3 days for Basic, 7 for Standard and 14 for Premium. When you’re ready to expand, I can quote additional workflows, integrations or ongoing maintenance.
