About this gig
Run your music through my calibrated Revox tape recorder for a vintage, lo-fi, or even saturated sound. The tape compression and natural EQ will warm up any mix or track very nicely.
Process
- Send me your WAV file(s), adding up to a maximum of 10 minutes
- Choose the tape speed: 7.5 ips for subtle coloring (ideal for full mixes) or 3.75 ips for a gritty lo-fi sound (perfect for drums or bass)
- Choose the saturation level: from as clean as possible, through gentle saturation, up to full-blown tape distortion
