No, it depends on the complexity and time of placing your order. If your logo is simple and you place your logo in working hours, then surely you will get your professional embroidery digitized file within 1 to 2 hours.

I run a print and embroidery shop. I also runa Melco machine. I probably have 3 different digitizing companies calling me daily to offer their services. Here's the problem though: If the file isn't digitized in native Melco software then I can't easily make edits and it doesn't run well on my machine....
