FAQ
Will you fix any issues that come up during the month?
Yes, within your plan’s scope. For example, if your site suddenly breaks after a plugin update or displays errors, I’ll fix it. Bigger redesigns or new feature requests would be quoted separately.
What if my website gets hacked while you’re maintaining it?
I’ll immediately work to remove the malware, restore your site from a clean backup, and strengthen security to prevent future attacks, all at no extra cost if you’re on my plan.
Do I need to give you full website and hosting access?
Yes, to properly update, secure, and troubleshoot your site, I’ll need your WordPress admin and hosting panel access. Don’t worry, your credentials are kept secure and confidential.
