How quickly can you fix the error?
Most common errors are resolved within 12–24 hours from access. Complex conflicts may take 48 hours. I’ll give you a realistic estimate after reviewing the error — not a guaranteed time that might not apply.
What access do you need?
WordPress admin access and FTP or hosting panel. Database-related errors may also need phpMyAdmin. I’ll confirm exactly what’s needed after reviewing your error.
Will you take the site offline to fix it?
In most cases the site is already showing an error, so it’s effectively down. Where possible I work in debug mode. If a maintenance window is needed, I’ll confirm that first.
What if the error comes back after the fix?
A proper fix addresses the root cause, not the symptom. If the same error recurs within 14 days due to the same underlying issue, I’ll investigate and resolve at no extra cost.
Do you handle errors caused by third-party plugins?
Yes. Plugin conflicts are one of the most common WordPress errors and are fully in scope. If a plugin is fundamentally incompatible with your setup, I’ll tell you clearly and advise on alternatives.
