Can you fix my server today?
Usually, yes. Most single issues like Nginx errors, a crashed service or SSH problems are fixed within hours. Message me with the error first.
Which Linux servers and hosts do you work with?
Ubuntu and Debian (plus CentOS) on AWS EC2, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Linode, Vultr, Proxmox or any VPS or dedicated server with SSH access.
What does server hardening include?
Firewall, Fail2Ban, SSH key login with passwords off, a non-root sudo user, automatic security updates, closed unused ports and optional Zero Trust access for admin panels. You get a report of every change.
Can you set up automatic backups?
Yes. Encrypted, scheduled backups of databases and files to S3 or MinIO, with a tested restore so you know they work.
What if you can't fix my issue?
I diagnose first. If it's outside my scope, like a hardware or hosting provider fault, I'll tell you straight away and you get a full refund.
Do you offer monthly server management?
Yes: patching, monitoring, backups and on-demand fixes. Message me for a monthly custom offer.
