Yes there will be downtime, BUT not more than 5 minutes, while I will connect new site or on new hosting. I am able to do it your off time, like mid night or early morning, where there will be very little traffic. I love to manage these very carefully, I understand your expectation.

Yes sure, I will also migrate your emails (if required), don’t have problem with what provider you’re using or going to use, like Gsuite, Office 365, Webmail no problem.
