I can work with what you have. Before touching anything, I audit your current setup to understand what's broken, misconfigured, or missing. Sometimes a clean rebuild is faster - but I'll tell you honestly which approach makes more sense for your situation before any work begins.
I hired a freelancer before who disappeared halfway through - how do I know you won't do the same?
I communicate at every stage - before, during, and after delivery. I don't mark orders complete until you've confirmed everything works. If something isn't right, I fix it. Message me first and you'll get a feel for how I work before you spend a penny.
I have a launch date coming up - can you actually hit it or are you just going to say yes to get the order?
I only take on work I can deliver on time. When you message me, tell me your deadline - I'll confirm immediately whether it's achievable or suggest what's realistic. I'd rather turn down an order than overpromise and damage your launch.
What if something breaks after you deliver - are you still responsible?
If something breaks due to my work, I fix it at no charge. I test everything thoroughly before delivery, but if an issue surfaces after handover that's clearly linked to the build, I own it. What I can't cover is third-party plugin conflicts from updates you install after delivery - but I'll advise
Will I be able to manage the site myself after delivery or will I always need a developer?
The goal is always to hand over a platform you can manage. I configure BuddyBoss so day-to-day tasks - adding members, creating groups, publishing content - don't require a developer. For advanced changes you'll need help with, I document what was built so any developer can pick it up cleanly.
Can you also set up the BuddyBoss mobile app for my community?
Yes. The Dominator package include BuddyBoss mobile app connection and configuration - push notifications, app settings, and community sync. If you're on the Spark or Surge package and want the app added, message me and I'll quote it as an add-on.
