What do I need to get started?
I will need hosting/cPanel/WordPress login with a domain name. If you haven't purchased it yet, you can contact me and I will guide you.
Can you list properties manually?
Yes, the option for manual listings is also available. If you order the basic package up to 10 listings will be included with video instructions on adding more in the future. I will upload up to 10 properties without any extra cost.
Can you show Sample/Previous Work to me?
Yes, contact me to get links to my previous work.
What is IDX and why it is important?
IDX is an internet data exchange, designed for US and Canadian real estate agents it directly integrates your MLS listings into your website with various features like Search, Map, Home Valuation, communities, and more.
What if i only have my Local MLS, can it be integrated?
Yes, I can integrate your MLS, make sure they allow that to integrate MLS with your own websites. Contact your MLS provider for confirmation.
Do you provide premium themes?
For IDX/MLS websites we use free themes as we create theme-independent websites. But if you are looking for a non-IDX site, then you will have to either provide a premium theme or we can use GPL themes.
