I will cut your oracle cloud oci bill by removing waste and duplicates
About this Gig
Most Oracle Cloud bills carry 20-40% of waste that nobody owns: instances left running after a project ended, unattached block and boot volumes, duplicate load balancers, oversized database systems, public IPs and NAT gateways with nothing behind them. I find it and remove it.
What I do:
- Inventory every compartment and region in your tenancy
- - Flag idle, orphaned, duplicated, and oversized resources with the monthly cost of each
- - Rightsize compute and DB shapes to real utilization (flex shapes, ARM where it fits)
- - Set OCI Budgets, cost alerts, and a tagging policy so the waste does not come back
- - Optional: scheduled stop/start, cleanup automation with OCI CLI or Terraform, reservation planning
How it works: the audit is read-only. You create an IAM user with inspect-only policies, and I deliver a report listing every finding, its cost, and a recommended action. Nothing is deleted unless you approve it line by line in the cleanup packages.
I have spent 10+ years running production infrastructure on OCI at Oracle, so I know where the money hides.
Honest note: savings depend on how your tenancy was built. Some are already tight.

FAQ
What access do you need to my OCI tenancy?
For the audit, a read-only IAM user in a group with inspect and read policies on the tenancy. I never need your admin credentials. For the cleanup packages, we agree on a scoped policy for the resources you approve, and you can revoke it the moment the work is delivered.
How much do clients typically save?
It varies with how the tenancy was built. The usual finds are unattached volumes, idle instances, oversized DB systems, and duplicate load balancers, often 20-40% of the bill. If your tenancy is already tight, the report says so: you paid for a clean bill of health, not a sales pitch.
