I am an experienced governance professional with over 9 years of experience in corporate governance and secretarial functions. I have taken minutes for various corporate boards and committees (investment, finance, audit, governance, HR, etc.)

The draft minutes will be prepared according to your preference and needs. Simply send your template format of your minutes (if none, I will create one for you free of charge), the meeting agenda, and any relevant meeting material or summaries (to provide background and context), and a recording of your meeting. Please ensure your audio recording is intelligible.

Any information you provide will be destroyed after the delivery of the work product.
