How does the remote online notarization process work?
After you place an order, I’ll send you a scheduling link to book your appointment. Once scheduled, you’ll receive a secure link to join your online notarization session. We’ll meet live, verify your identity, sign the document, and complete the notarization in one session.
Where can clients be located?
Clients may be located anywhere in the U.S. or internationally. I am commissioned in Ohio and perform notarizations under Ohio law while you join remotely from your location.
Do I need to download any software?
No downloads are required. You’ll join the remote online notarization session using a secure browser-based platform.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the number of notarizations required, not the number of pages or documents. Each document that requires its own notarization is considered a separate notarial act.
What if my document requires a witness?
Clients are typically responsible for providing their own witness. If you do not have a witness, please message me before booking. In some cases, I may be able to assist through a custom offer.
What types of documents can you notarize online?
I notarize common general documents such as affidavits, sworn statements, powers of attorney, parental consent forms, and other general notary documents, as long as they are eligible for remote online notarization.
