I offer the following packages to draw anime-style characters for you:

• BASIC: Chest Up - body starting above chest and below shoulders, with simple stylized background (png, jpg)
• STANDARD: Halfbody - body starting around thighs, with simple stylized background (png, jpg)
• PREMIUM: Fullbody - full body, with simple stylized background (png, jpg)

I can draw:

• Original Characters (OC)
• Fanart
• Anime Characters
• Game Characters
• Light or stylized gore

I won't draw:

• 18+
• Mecha or robots
• Heavy or realistic gore
• Malicious Content
• Realism

I recommend, when describing your idea and characters, to provide as much info, descriptions, references, quick doodles, as you would like, so that my results will be more fitting for you.
