What do I need to provide to get started?
Your exported contact file (CSV or Excel), your CRM system, and how you define a duplicate. The intake form covers the rest.
Will you delete any of my contacts?
Never silently. Invalid or empty rows are flagged for your review, and duplicates are merged with a full merge report, not deleted.
Which CRM systems do you work with?
Any that exports to CSV or Excel: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, and the rest. You get an import-ready file back.
How accurate is the enrichment?
Every enriched field is marked found or not found. I never invent data or guess email addresses. If it cannot be verified from public sources, it stays blank.
How many records can you handle?
Up to 500 on Starter, 1,500 on Growth, 5,000 on Scale. Over 10,000 records needs a custom quote, message me first.
Do you work inside my CRM directly?
No, this gig is file-based cleanup for security. You export, I clean, you import. Live API integrations are custom development, not this gig.
How do you handle my data?
Your file is used only for your order and never shared. Public business info only for enrichment, no private data sourcing.
