What information do you need from me to do the reading?
I'll need your exact date of birth, time of birth (as precise as possible), and place of birth (city and country). Accurate birth time is especially important for house-based predictions, so please double-check this before sending it, ideally from a birth certificate or official record.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
I can still work with an approximate time, but please let me know it's approximate. Some details, particularly house placements and certain divisional charts, may be slightly less precise without an exact time. If you're unsure, I'm happy to advise on how to narrow it down.
What's the difference between the Basic, Standard, and Premium packages?
Basic covers your core natal chart and planetary placements. Standard adds divisional chart analysis (D9 for marriage and partnerships, D60 for deeper life details). Premium includes everything from both, plus a written summary report you can keep and refer back to.
How will I receive my reading?
Depending on your package, you'll receive a written report, a session (audio/video, per your package's session length), or both. Details are outlined in each package, and I'll confirm the format with you after you order.
How long does delivery take?
All packages are delivered within 24 hours of receiving your complete birth details. If I need any clarification from you, delivery time starts once I have everything required. (Disclaimer: Sometimes the delivery time may vary as per the volume of clients.)
Can I ask specific questions during the reading?
Yes. Each package includes up to 10 questions. Please send them along with your birth details so I can address them directly within your reading rather than generally. Also, the 10 questions are above your basic questions which would be specific to you.
Do you provide remedies?
Where relevant to your chart, yes. I offer practical remedies grounded in traditional Vedic principles, suited to your specific situation rather than generic suggestions. And you can also ask for gemstone recommendations as well.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your birth details and any personal questions you share are used only for your reading and are not shared with anyone else. And can also be wiped out as per your demand.
What if I'm not satisfied with my reading?
Please message me directly if anything is unclear or you'd like further explanation. I'm happy to clarify points within your reading. For anything beyond that, Fiverr's standard resolution process applies.
Can you do a reading for someone else, like my child or partner?
Yes, as long as you can provide their accurate birth details. Just note in your order who the reading is for so I can tailor the language and questions appropriately (this matters especially for compatibility or relationship-focused readings).
