I will create a completely web-based application that can save you a lot of hassle and automate the process and help you and your staff better track the documents.

The app will work as follows

1. Your staff will log in and select a fillable PDF document already there, fill email of the customer, and click send
2. The customer will be notified, he will log in and open the form, fill it, sign it, and click on submit.
3. On submission, your staff will get a notification that the document is signed.
4. Your staff will have a dashboard to review, pending documents, can send reminders to customers, and track the status and progress
