I help you keep everything healthy so you dont have to log in, debug Docker, or worry about downtime.
I run multiple media servers and NAS systems myself (Unraid, Synology, TrueNAS, Docker/Portainer) on redundant internet connections. I use that realworld experience to quietly maintain your setup in the background every month.

Do you host my server or media?
No. Everything runs on your own NAS, Unraid, TrueNAS, server or VPS. I connect remotely via a secure tunnel (for example Tailscale VPN) to maintain it for you.
What remote access method do you use?
Typically Tailscale or similar secure VPN/remote access tools. We choose what fits your platform best, and you can revoke access at any time.
Is this for new setups or existing ones?
This gig is focused on ongoing maintenance of an existing setup. If you need a full new build, check my Docker/self‑hosted or Unraid + Plex/*arr setup gigs first.
What counts as a “minor issue”?
Things like stuck downloads, small path/permission fixes, a container not starting, or a misconfigured indexer. Larger rebuilds or migrations can be quoted separately.
Can you support business use?
Yes, for small teams/SMBs on a case‑by‑case basis. Please contact me with details of your environment first so I can confirm.
