I will backtest your tradingview strategy and check repainting and overfitting
TradingView Pine Script Developer and Quant Backtesting
About this Gig
Before you trust a strategy, check it. I run your Pine strategy (or one I code) under realistic costs and write a report: performance summary, drawdowns, trade count, cost sensitivity, out-of-sample test, parameter sensitivity, and a check for repainting / lookahead bias. You get a clear list of red flags. No hype, no "holy grail" claims.
I write and test code. I do not give financial advice, I do not sell signals, and I make no promises about profit. Backtests show how rules behaved on past data under stated assumptions; they don't predict future results. Trading can lose money.
I use AI-assisted coding tools for drafting. Every script is reviewed, compile-tested and backtested by me on TradingView before delivery.

FAQ
Will you tell me if it's good to trade?
I'll describe the evidence and its weaknesses; the trading decision is yours. Not financial advice.
Do you need my code?
Yes for open-source testing; for protected scripts I can only test settings you can expose, with limited depth.
Is TradingView data enough?
It's what the client trades on, but I note data limits (history depth, plan restrictions).
Do I own any code you write?
Yes, after the order completes.
Do you use AI?
AI tools help draft code; I review, compile and test every line on TradingView before delivery.
Why might my results look worse after your review?
Realistic commission, slippage and removing lookahead/repainting usually reduce backtest numbers. That's the point of the review.
Can you optimize my parameters?
I run a limited parameter grid to show sensitivity, not to curve-fit the "best" settings; I flag overfitting risk.
Do you test on multiple symbols?
Standard covers up to 3 symbols/timeframes, Premium up to 5, to see if the edge holds beyond one chart.
