FAQ
Can you or will you teach me how to make a controller (or any part of it)?
No, I will not teach others how to recreate a product I am selling. It makes no sense for me to create potential competition for myself.
How long do I have to request alterations to the commission and use my revisions?
Revisions can be made up to two weeks (14 days) from the delivery of the commission. After the two weeks have elapsed, additional changes require the purchase of a new controller overlay.
Why should I purchase the source files and private hosting?
With the source files, you can make any additions or modifications you'd like to the controller. And with private hosting, maintenance, updates, and bug fixes are free and ongoing following your purchase.
Can you make a logo or remake a logo?
I do not make logos, and to better match your controller to your brand it is better to use a current logo than for me to remake one JUST for the controller. Consistency is key.
Do you provide additional revisions after the commission is complete?
I do not provide additional revisions past what is allotted with the various packages. If you are truly unsatisfied with the way something appears, or something seems just a bit off to you, you can contact me directly and I will see what I can do to assist you.
Would you consider a trade as a form of payment?
No, I don't accept trades as a form of payment or provide supplemental payment options.
