I provide XRD Rietveld refinement and phase quantification services for materials science research.

I can refine single-phase or multi-phase XRD patterns using your experimental XRD data and CIF structure files. The service is suitable for ceramics, coatings, alloys, oxides, nitrides, carbides, solid-solution materials, and powder samples.

You can receive:

• Fitted XRD pattern
• Observed, calculated, background, and difference curves
• Phase fraction / phase quantification
• Lattice parameters
• Rp, Rwp, Rexp, and GOF values
• Excel result table
• Optional refined CIF or GSAS-II project file

Please provide your original XRD data, possible phase information, and CIF files if available. If you are not sure about the phases, you can send your basic sample information and I will check whether the data is suitable for refinement.

Please note that Rietveld refinement depends on data quality, phase identification, CIF suitability, background, peak overlap, and preferred orientation. A very low Rwp cannot be guaranteed for every dataset, but I will optimize the result within a reasonable physical model.
