THE HONEST PART
One front photo gets a good approximation, not a replica. What the camera never saw, I infer. More angles, closer result.
BOUNDARIES
Revisions cover text, colour and timing inside the same scene. A different ratio is a re-render, not a crop. A new product or new scene is a new order.

Can I use phone photos?
Yes, as long as they are sharp and evenly lit. Send 4 to 8 angles. One front shot works, but anything the camera did not capture, I have to infer.
How long does it take?
Basic 5 days, Standard 7, Premium 10. The render itself is a few hours; most of the time is the review round. Express delivery is available.
Can you change the color, material or lighting after the first cut?
Yes, inside the same scene, and that is what revisions are for. A new camera setup or a new product counts as a new order.
Do you deliver a vertical version?
Yes. A different ratio is re-rendered, not cropped, so it is priced as an extra.
Do I get the project file?
No. You get the finished film and the stills. The scene file stays with me.
Do you offer free samples or test shots?
No. Inside an order I send a 3 second watermarked preview from the real scene, so you can judge the look before the full render. Outside an order I cannot produce custom work.
Can I see a project made for my exact product before ordering?
I can show existing work in the same category (glass, cream, packaging), but not a custom shot made for your product.
