US$25 covers one file up to 5 MB: a CSV with headers or a JSON array of flat objects (no nested objects or arrays), up to 100 data rows, 15 fields and five agreed deterministic rules.
You receive a cleaned file in the agreed format, an exceptions list and an audit report of the applied rules and record counts. The audit checks only those rules; it does not verify real-world facts. The original file is preserved. Leading zeros in IDs, empty/null values and date precision are handled as agreed; ambiguous values are flagged, not guessed.
Before work starts, provide the complete authorized input file, all rules and the required output. A redacted sample helps confirm fit before ordering, but does not replace the full requirements.
Delivery: 2 days. Includes one revision within the agreed scope. Errors against the original agreement will be corrected without using or being limited by that allowance. New data or rules need a separate scope.

Will you remove duplicates and change dates automatically?
Only under the rule we agree. Matching names alone may not identify the same record. Supplied IDs and date precision are preserved unless an explicit conversion is agreed. Ambiguous values are flagged, not guessed.
Does the audit confirm that the data is true?
No. It reports checks against our agreed processing rules and the input, output and exception counts. It does not independently verify real-world identities, contact details or other business facts.
