I will develop a web scraper

The question Why would I need a web scraper? is one question whose complete answer is a question: Do you want data from another site for your operations?

Lets hop into the finer details that are rarely said. I will develop a web scraper in either NODEJS or PHP based on the features/requirements of the site to be scraped.

NodeJS is considered for sites whose content generated with javascript. Under this:

• The puppeteer library will be used, it is developed by Chrome thus it is highly reliable.
• Sites requiring log in and key presses can be scraped

NOTE VPS IS REQUIRED FOR NODE

PHP is the first consideration for any undertaking for scraping but is also a fallback in case the node js fails. For this:

• A range of libraries available
• Sites having backend generated content are mostly considered
