Can I place an order before you receive my product?
Please do not place an order before I receive your product. If you place one anyway, I will have to cancel it and send you a new order once I have received your product.
Why is it not recommended to order the gig before you received my package?
It is not recommended as this can cause inaccurate delivery times and extensions. It's better to have your product in hand before we start your order.
Will you ship my product back to me?
If you need your items returned, I am happy to ship your product back to you, you must provide the Shipping Return Label. If you decide not to have it returned, your products will be donated to charity.
Where will I be shipping my product?

How and when can I request revisions?
For the standard and premium packages, once I deliver your order, you will have 3 days to review your order and request revisions. After 3 days, your order is automatically approved and you will not be able to request or receive any revisions.
Do you charge per-photo or per-product?
I charge per photo, this means if you have two products and you want 3 photos each you will be charged for a total of 6 photos.
What kind of license comes with the images?
The photographs will be licensed to you for use on a royalty-free basis. We allow the use of these photos in all forms of media including print advertising, packaging, web, television, etc. We retain the copyrights for delivered assets and the photographs may not be re-sold without permission.
What is your work process?
I always begin by getting a better understanding of your needs to make sure I'd be a good fit for your project. Once you're ready to move forward, I ask that you send me your product. Once the product has been received, the offer is set up and the project begins!
