What genres do you accept?
I primarily work with fiction, especially thrillers, mysteries, psychological fiction, suspense, crime, and other plot-driven stories. I can also review other fiction genres.
Will you proofread grammar and spelling?
No. This Gig focuses on beta reading and manuscript critique, including plot, pacing, characters, continuity, foreshadowing, twists, and overall reader experience. Proofreading and copy editing are not included.
Will you leave comments directly in my manuscript?
Inline comments are included in the Standard and Premium packages. They may also be added to the Basic package as an extra.
Can you tell me if my plot twist is predictable?
Yes. I can evaluate whether a reveal feels too obvious, properly foreshadowed, logically supported, or surprising without feeling random.
What does one revision include?
A revision covers clarification or reasonable adjustments to the feedback I delivered. It does not include beta reading a newly rewritten version of the manuscript.
Should I explain my twist before you read the manuscript?
Usually, no. For thrillers and mysteries, I prefer to read the manuscript blind first so I can judge the reader experience, predictability, clues, and reveals naturally. You can provide additional context afterward if needed.
