Messy exports, duplicates, phone numbers in five formats, two systems that should match but don't? I do this kind of cleanup regularly: matching call logs to CRM tickets, reconciling marketing lists against ERP records, tracing missing orders between an online store and fulfillment systems.

What I can do:

Clean CSV or Excel files: duplicates, formatting, phone and email normalization, broken encodings

Match records between two files or systems by ID, email, phone or name - and show what matches, what doesn't and why

Write SQL queries against your MySQL database or run the check on your exports

Deliver a clean file plus a sheet of flagged discrepancies with explanations

How it works: send the files (or a sample) and describe the expected result. I confirm the approach, then deliver the cleaned data and a short note on what was changed. A reusable Python script can be included so you can rerun the process yourself.

Your files are used only for this task and deleted after delivery.
