Do you use Templates or are your animations custom made
We use templates for only Basic Package & Standard Package, you need any custom animation job done please order the Premium Package.
Do we deliver in 4K quality/resolution?
Yes we can but only when you order the premium package
Transparent background: what is it?
This animation can be placed on top of any video or element with a transparent background.
Do you need your logo in a specific format?
We accept almost any file format: PNG, AI, JPG, BMP, PSD, PDF… also note do not try to rename your logo into any of this formats as it wont help or change the compression types
