FAQ
Can I use my regular PSTN/Analog Lines on a Cloud Server?
Not natively, however you can purchase a PSTN SIP Gateway that can be used as a Trunk in the cloud. A very reliable internet service is required.
I don't have a VPS or SIP Trunk
I can provide hand-holding / guidance on purchasing these components for an additional fee. If you just would like to be pointed in a direction I can send you referrals to a few providers for FREE.
Are Cloud PBXs secure?
The system will be hardened and secured according to industry standard. However if there is a breach outside of the system and credentials t, be it administrative or user based, are exposed the risk increases exponentially. That being said, most Telcos will alert unusual activity/patterns.
Do you do migrations from other PBX Systems?
Yes I do! Please reach out to me with the details and we can tailor a plan to suit your needs.
What would be my operational costs?
This is largely dependent on a few things 1. The Telephony provider's rental & rate, along with the number of DIDs(Phone Numbers) and Call Volume 2. Your VPS provider costs, resource usage. 3. Physical handsets or Mics if you are using softphones. Initial purchase + Replacements.
