- You get ONE thumbnail 1920 x 1080 for 20 dollars in .jpg format.
- You get ONE revision on the thumbnails you've purchased and additional revisions are $10 please don't argue with me about it.
- I follow your directions exactly, unless you have no ideas, in which case, I have creative freedom, but you still need to give me something to work with.
- Please do not attempt to micromanage me. I will proudly cancel your order.
- I make no promises to give you a better CTR.
- My thumbnails are not hand drawn.
- My delivery time is not a reflection of the amount of time it takes to physically make a thumbnail. It is a reflection of how long it takes me to get to your order specifically. If you want to move to the front of the line, 24 hr delivery is available.

Have you ever made a thumbnail for "this" kind of video?
Please don't assume that if I haven't done a thumbnail with your specific subject or in your very specific style that I'm "simply incapable" of doing it. I will do your thumbnail as long as it's not hand drawn; that's a different skill I don't sell.
Can you do a sample, demo, or example thumbnail?
No.
I plan on ordering thumbnails x times a week. Can I have a discount/Can we make a deal?
No.
Can you PROMISE to increase my click through rate? (CTR)
No. I'm a graphic designer, not a YouTube guru. My job is to make something for you to put in place of YouTube's auto-generated thumbnails. Something more "clickable".
How's my order coming along? Why does it take so long?
I haven't gotten to yours yet. The length of time it takes for you to get your order is not a reflection of the time it takes me to physically create it, it is a reflection of the amount of time it takes me to get to yours. I deliver on time.
Can I have the source file for free?
No. It's $20.
Can you put the thumbnail on my video for me?
No.
Can you do something you don't offer?
Perhaps. Ask me first.
