Do I need any coding knowledge to use this?
No. You get a Windows installer — double-click, follow the setup wizard, and you're ready to go. No terminal, no coding required.
What's the Anthropic API key, and why do I need my own?
The tool uses Claude (Anthropic's AI) to read your documents. Using your own key means you're billed directly by Anthropic — no subscription, no markup from me. It costs a few minutes to set up (I include a step-by-step PDF guide) and typically a fraction of a cent per document processed.
Does this work on Mac?
The standard delivery is a Windows installer. If you need it packaged for Mac, message me before ordering and I'll send you a custom offer.
What file formats and document types does it support?
JPG, PNG, HEIC (iPhone photos), and PDF. It handles invoices, receipts, bills, credit notes, and debit notes out of the box. Need other document types or specific fields extracted? Check the "Custom fields" extra.
Is my data safe? Do you see my invoices?
No. The tool runs entirely on your own computer and sends documents directly to your own Anthropic account for processing. I never see or receive your files.
Do I get the source code?
The standard delivery is the compiled, ready-to-run installer. Source code isn't included — this keeps the price accessible while still giving you a fully working, professional tool.
