Messy spreadsheet? I will clean and format your Excel or CSV data so you can spend less time fixing it.
For product catalogs, stock lists and other structured tables, I can:
- Remove exact duplicates using agreed rules
- Trim extra spaces and standardize text, number and date formats
- Correct inconsistencies using your instructions
- Flag missing or ambiguous values without guessing
- Merge up to 3 files with matching columns in Premium
You receive your cleaned file in Excel or CSV format, with your original preserved and unresolved issues flagged. Standard includes a change summary; Premium includes a documented merge and cleanup.
Choose your scope:
Basic: 1 file, up to 100 rows
Standard: 1 file, up to 500 rows
Premium: up to 3 files, 1500 rows total
All packages cover up to 10 columns. Rows are counted before cleanup, excluding headers. One Excel file covers one data sheet.
Revisions cover the original files and instructions. No macros, complex formula repairs, scanned PDFs or web research.

Which package should I choose?

What do you need to get started?
Send your Excel or CSV file, what needs fixing, and your preferred output format. Include rules for duplicates, dates and replacements. One Excel file covers one data sheet. I will clarify ambiguous instructions before changing your data.
What will I receive?
A cleaned Excel or CSV file with unresolved issues flagged and your original preserved. Standard includes a change summary. Premium includes the merged file and documentation of the cleanup. See my portfolio for a demonstration using fictional data.
How do you handle duplicates and missing values?
By default, I remove exact duplicate rows and keep one copy. Other matching rules must be agreed beforehand. Missing or ambiguous values are flagged, never guessed. Corrections follow your instructions or reference data; external research is not included.
What does a revision include?
Revisions cover adjustments within the original files, instructions and package scope. Basic and Standard include one revision; Premium includes two. New files, extra rows or new requirements are scope changes. Message me so we can agree on any additional work.
Can you work with any spreadsheet?
These packages cover structured Excel and CSV tables. Premium merges files with matching columns. Complex joins, macros, complex formula repairs, scanned PDFs and web research are excluded. If your files have different structures, please message me before ordering.
