I will make a qr application that collects your customers contact info

With this application you will be able to collect all your customers info with a simple qr code.

How does it work:

When the customer scans the qr code they will be send to a webpage where they can fill in there contact info. When they are done with the form the application will ask for a signature of the customer. After the customer has completed the form and has singed it. The form will be converted to an pdf file and send to your mail adress.

!This application does not store any data in a database. It only sends the collected data to the given email address
