Yahyaakmal, Was great! Fixed numerous issues ... from configuring two computers so our Ricoh Printer/Scanner would work (had two other techs work on it ... who could not get it working ... So this is a WoWzer!) to setting up our Office 365 so that we had both privacy and control over each desktops data. I will use him again! Extremely knowledgeable!!
