FAQ
What services do you offer?
We offer professional app testing services to help your app meet Google Play's requirements and pass the testing phase. Our team of 12 or 20 real testers conducts daily tests to identify bugs, errors, or compliance issues, providing reports to improve your app and increase the chances of approval.
What types of apps do you work with?
I have extensive experience working with a wide range of apps across multiple categories, including games, productivity tools, utilities, and more. Whether your app is new or already live, I can help enhance its performance, optimize user experience, and improve its visibility to achieve best result
Do you guarantee that my app will be approved on Google Play?
Yes, we will provide you with all the guidance you need, including video tutorials, screenshots, and step-by-step instructions to help you understand the process and successfully pass the testing phase. We are here to support you throughout.
I am not familiar with this process, will you guide me on how to proceed?
Yes! We provide complete guidance throughout the testing process, including step-by-step instructions, screenshots, and video tutorials to help you understand each step. Our team will support you from start to finish, ensuring your app successfully passes the testing phase.
Will the testers actually use the app for 14 days?
Yes. Our testers are carefully instructed to opt-in and actively use your app throughout the entire 14-day testing period, ensuring full compliance with Google Play policies and providing accurate, reliable feedback for approval.
I'm new to Google Play testing. Can you manage everything for me?
Yes! If you’re new to app testing, simply add me as an admin in your Play Console. I will manage the entire process - test setup, inviting testers, monitoring, and ensuring full compliance - until the 14-day closed testing is successfully completed, so you can focus on other priorities.
How does the whole process work?
We will provide you with the testers list. You will add them to the closed testing section and send us the link to start the testing process. After 14 consecutive days of testing, you can apply for production.
How much time will each tester spend testing the app?
Each tester will engage with your app daily according to the package: Basic: 2–3 minutes, Standard: 3–5 minutes, Premium: 5–10 minutes. This ensures consistent, thorough testing over 14 days, identifying issues early and improving app quality for successful approval.
