What measures do you take to keep my documents confidential?
I never share your documents with third parties and never store them in the cloud services. All documents are stored on a protected drive and will be immediately deleted upon request. I will keep only terminology database and language style guide needed for future translation projects.
What AI or MT tools do you use when translating?
None. I only use Office 365, PDF editor and my brain.
Are there any discounts for even larger documents?
I don't offer any specific discounts other than set in the gig, but if the project is over 12 500 words, we can discuss a personalized discount.
What if I need the translation even sooner?
The delivery times in the gig are set with consideration for the unforeseen circumstances and other ongoing projects to ensure I have enough time to provide high quality translation. If existing delivery time options are not enough, we can always discuss specific deadlines.
I need translation to be done during the weekend. Are there any options?
No problem! I do work during the weekends.
