Do you work with clients outside of LATAM?
Yes! I work with clients globally. I have experience with users and teams from LATAM, Europe and the US, and I run sessions in English or Spanish. Timezone is not an issue as I am flexible with scheduling.
What do I get at the end of the project?
You will receive a clear research report with key insights, prioritized usability issues, actionable recommendations and, depending on the package, personas, user journeys, benchmarks and session recordings or transcripts. Everything structured so your team can act on it.
Do I need to provide participants for the user interviews?
If you already have users we can recruit from your base. If not, I can help define the target profile and suggest recruiting platforms. Please note that recruiting costs and incentives are not included in the gig price and will be agreed separately if needed.
