This book is about a time where lived a girl named Nono.

However, this was no ordinary child. Somehow, Nono noticed that all her dreams and wishes magically came true if she only thought about it. Once she heard somewhere about

"flying pigs" and thought that it sounded fun, and the next moment, along with the sparrows, pigs with wings appeared on the wires. Another time she met an interesting dachshund dog on a walk, and thought that it would be wonderful if instead of buses, people were transported by large "taxibuses", which is what started to happen.

Nono had interesting wishes and dreams: sometimes to fall asleep in the arms of thousands of rabbits, then to have fish swim not in water, but in air, then to plant giant flowers in the middle of the city.

This is how the chaos of Nono's ideas, fantasies and dreams was created. But suddenly she started feeling sad and couldn't understand the reason, that's when the magical frog Mr. Kwa came to help her.
