I built this for a company that processes hundreds of utility bills: an AI pipeline that reads each PDF, extracts the fields and loads them into their CRM, plus a desktop app the sales team uses to convert batches of PDFs to Excel.


What it handles:

  • Different layouts and suppliers, without one template per supplier
  • Scanned documents (OCR) and native PDFs
