What you get

One view = one floor plan, one section or one elevation. Area limits = total floor area of all levels in the order.
Accuracy
My drawing follows your document. I need reference dimensions or a reliable scale. If a scan is distorted or dimensions are missing, I ask before starting or quote it separately.
Not included
Architectural design, structural or MEP design, code or permit compliance, certified or construction-ready drawings.

I’m a civil engineering student with hands-on site experience at NGE Bâtiment (75 residential units across 5 buildings).
I specialize in 2D technical drawings from existing PDFs, scans, sketches or reference documents. I focus on accuracy, clarity and clean presentation.

Can you modify an existing house plan or adjust the layout?
Yes! I can help modify existing plans based on your requirements, such as adjusting room layouts or updating dimensions and drawings. Please share your original plans and a clear description of the requested changes before ordering. I’ll review the scope and confirm whether it fits one of my package
Can you deliver faster?
Express delivery may be available through the gig options, depending on the project scope and my availability. For complex projects or tight deadlines, please contact me before ordering.
Do you create 3D or Revit models?
This service focuses on 2D drawings. If you require a 3D model or services related to Revit/BIM, please check my profile or feel free to contact me to discuss a separate offer.
What counts as one view ?
One floor plan, one section or one elevation. Example: a two-storey house with one section is 3 views. A roof plan or a site plan drawn from your document also counts as one view.
How is the area limit calculated?
It is the total floor area of all levels in the order, walls included. Two levels of 70 m² = 140 m², so the Standard package. Sections and elevations do not add area. Above 300 m², I send a custom offer.
Do you work in feet and inches?
My standard is metric. Imperial units are possible on request: tell me before ordering.
What if my document is hard to read?
Send it before ordering. If it is distorted, blurry or missing dimensions, I tell you before starting. I never invent missing dimensions: I list them so you can confirm them.
Which files will I receive?
A DWG file organised by layers (AutoCAD 2026 format unless you ask for another version) and a PDF at scale. Standard and Premium include sheet layouts with a title block.
What is a revision?
A correction so the drawing matches your initial instructions and documents. New views, design changes or new information sent after the start are not revisions: they are quoted separately.
Can we work in French?
Yes. French is my native language and I work in French or English. Annotations can be in either language.
