Need an expert UX review or evidence from real users?
Basic is an expert heuristic evaluation of up to 10 screens or one key flow. I review usability, clarity, consistency, accessibility and interaction problems, then deliver annotated findings ranked by severity. It does not include participant sessions.
Standard and Premium include moderated usability testing with 5 or 8 participants. Packages assume you provide qualified participants. If you need recruitment, I quote recruitment and incentives separately through a Fiverr custom offer.
Depending on the package, deliverables can include a research plan and test script; moderated screen-sharing; recordings with consent; think-aloud feedback; adoption and willingness-to-pay questions; evidence, severity and priorities; highlight clips; and a results presentation call.

Basic is an expert heuristic review and does not include participant sessions. Standard and Premium assume you provide qualified participants. Recruitment and incentives can be quoted separately through a custom offer.
How many participants and how long is each session?
Basic has no participant sessions. Standard includes 5 moderated sessions of 45 minutes. Premium includes 8 sessions of 45 minutes. Each session covers one participant completing the agreed tasks.
Will I receive video recordings?
Standard and Premium can include screen, audio or video recordings with consent. Basic includes annotated screenshots from the expert review, not participant recordings.
Can you test willingness to pay?
Yes. Standard and Premium can include structured pricing and adoption questions. These provide directional evidence, not a guarantee of future purchases or product-market fit.
What do you need before starting?
Product or prototype access, target audience, country and language, key flows, research questions, and whether you will provide participants or need recruitment.
How do you handle confidentiality and participant data?
Research materials are handled only for the agreed study. NDA support is available. Recordings and participant data follow the approved consent process.
