What if I need more hours than my package includes?
I’ll message you before going over and bill extra hours at the extra-hour rate. If you consistently go over, I’ll suggest a higher tier.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. There’s no lock-in, but please give notice before your next billing cycle.
Do hours roll over?
Premium rolls over up to 4 unused hours. Other tiers reset monthly.
Do you need ongoing access?
Yes, but a restricted or time-limited admin role works, and I never need your password.
How is this different from your one-time gigs?
Those are fixed projects with a start and finish. This is ongoing maintenance after your setup is live.
