Which Shopify notifications can you redesign?
Any customer notification Shopify sends: order confirmation, shipping and delivery updates, refunds, cancellations, gift cards, account emails and more. Most stores start with a core set of about ten, then add the rest.
Will my order details still show correctly?
Yes. I code every template in Liquid, Shopify's template language, so products, variants, discounts, taxes, totals and shipping details fill in automatically, exactly as they do in the default emails.
Do you need access to my Shopify store?
Ideally, yes: a staff account with permission to edit notifications. If you prefer not to share access, I can send the finished code with simple steps for pasting it in yourself.
Will the emails look right on phones and in Gmail or Outlook?
Yes. Every template is responsive and built with inline CSS, then previewed and test-sent before handover. I check them in Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo, on desktop and mobile.
What happens when Shopify updates its default templates?
Shopify only updates templates you haven't customized, so redesigned ones keep your design but miss new default features. When Shopify changes something important, message me and I can bring your templates up to date.
Can I edit the text myself after delivery?
Yes. Shopify edits notifications in code, so I keep the text in clearly marked places. Changing a sentence or a subject line takes seconds, with no design skills needed.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your logo, brand colors and fonts, and a link to your store. If you have brand guidelines or emails you admire, send those too. With no guidelines, I'll match the look of your website.
Can you redesign POS, local pickup or B2B notifications?
Yes. If your store uses Point of Sale, local pickup, local delivery, returns or B2B, those notifications are part of the full set and get the same design as the rest.
