I will turn your process video into a traceable editable sop
About this Gig
Your process may already exist in a screen recording, but a new operator still needs clear actions, decisions, exceptions, and evidence. I turn a client-owned video or timestamped transcript into an editable SOP that can be reviewed against its source.
Each material instruction is linked to a timestamp. Unsupported policy is never filled in as fact; it is marked OPEN QUESTION or CLIENT CONFIRMATION REQUIRED. The final package is human-reviewed for source traceability, internal consistency, privacy, and the selected scope.
This is documentation support, not operational, legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or compliance advice. No productivity, staff-performance, or business result is promised.
Every package includes an editable DOCX file and a PDF review copy. The word limit applies to the main SOP content; supporting source maps, checklists, tables, and quiz materials are included within the selected package.

FAQ
Do you need access to our software?
No. This offer is fulfilled from a redacted recording or timestamped transcript and does not require account access.
Can you document more than 30 minutes?
Not in the same order. Source material above the selected limit requires a new, separately scoped sprint, so each order remains at or below $95.
What if the source contains conflicting instructions?
I preserve the conflict as an exception or open question and ask for client confirmation.
Can the SOP be used in a regulated workflow?
Only after review and approval by the client's qualified subject-matter expert.
How long is source material retained?
Operator-controlled source media and working transcripts are deleted within seven days after acceptance, earlier on request, or no later than 30 days after first delivery if acceptance never occurs. Platform-hosted, client-controlled, and provider-controlled copies remain outside the operator's dele
